Leo energy is heart energy and the new moon is a time for fresh starts.
Wednesday 16th August, the moon moves into Gate 4 - The Gate of Answers, Possibilities & Imaginative Power. This gate represents your capacity for detailed analysis and examination, forming a theses that can lead to revolutionary changes in your world.
On Sunday 13th the Sun and Venus both entered Gate 4 together amplifying an energy that shines a spotlight on your feelings because Gate 4 energy is a bit like having a flashlight that helps you see inside your heart and understand your emotions and feelings better!
As the New Moon enters Gate 4, it's like your feelings and answers gets a fresh start! This is a great time to think about what you want to learn and understand more about yourself and embracing what’s on your heart.
Use this time to reflect on your emotions, decisions you want to make, and what truly matters to you. Unlike meditation or mindfulness there is no mental effort undertaken by you; the sound vibrations will do all the work. The crystal bowls will be played for 1 hour to create a beautiful relaxing sound that puts your mind and body into a deep sense of well-being as well as working deeply with the intention set for the session.

Do I need to do anything?
All you need is show up and allow your body and mind to relax and bathe in the harmonies & frequencies honouring the time to pause, nourish, reflect and connect with yourself at a deeper level and be curious about what you need for this turn of season.
what will i need?
Access to zoom (I will send a link for you to download zoom in your booking confirmation email. I also recommend a good quality set of headphones and a yoga mat if you wish to lie down on the floor. Most people opt to lie on a comfy sofa or a bed, with a blanket for extra coziness and some pillows to support you during the sound bath.
